Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you love your new JicJacs item, but if for any reason there is a problem with your purchase then please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your item at: jaclyn@middletonpatel.f9.co.uk with your full name, paypal email address, item code, description of the problem and whether you would like to return or exchange, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: that for hygeine reasons, earrings cannot but returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Once we have contacted you about the problem I will then need to receive the item back before I can re-credit your account or send out your replacement item.
If you are sending an item back to me to be returned or exchanged you will need to pay the additional postage charges. I cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost in the post so I recommend you send parcels by recorded delivery to ensure they reach us quickly and safely.
Once I have received your item, I will then refund your account, this will be the same account or card that you made the purchase with. Please allow 5-10 days for the money to be re-credited. This depends on your bank account or credit/debit card company.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for something of the same price, then include in your email the item details and I will simply send this out to you once I have recieved your item back.
